If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the order receipt date to make a return. Once the order has been processed we do not offer cancellations or changes.
To request a return label, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all OSKLEN tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for Returns.
We're unable to process Exchanges at the moment. However, you can always return the original items you purchased for a full refund, then place a new order.

Processing time: orders take roughly 24 hours to process before shipping. Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays & Sundays.
Once the order has been processed, we do not offer cancellations or changes.
Ground Shipping (UPS): Orders can take anywhere between 1-5 business days to arrive. Shipping time is based on shipping address.
2nd Day Air (UPS): If selected upon checkout, your order will ship via UPS 2nd day air after the processing time. Orders placed after 1 PM will ship on the next business day.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch.
We are unable to guarantee in-transit delivery times. Your actual delivery date is subject to freight and road conditions beyond our control.
