If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the order receipt date to make a return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all OSKLEN tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost.

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for Returns.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Processing time: orders take roughly 24 hours to process before shipping. Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays & Sundays.

Ground Shipping (UPS): Orders can take anywhere between 1-5 business days to arrive. Shipping time is based on shipping address.

2nd Day Air (UPS): If selected upon checkout, your order will ship via FedEx 2nd day air after it has been processed.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch.

We are unable to guarantee in-transit delivery times. Your actual delivery date is subject to freight and road conditions beyond our control.
